Q: After I order when will I get my meals?

   A: All meals are delivered from 3-8pm

    Note: Low Carb delivers on Sundays

          Keto delivers on Wednesdays

          Vegetarian delivers on Fridays

Q: Can I pick up my meals?

   A: Yes. Contact us. Call 801-633-1630 to check when meals will be completed  

Q: Do I have to be home to accept the meals?

   A: No. We can instruct the delivery driver to leave the meals in a cooler you provide at your door.

Q: How do I know how many macros (nutritional info)are in the food?

   A: Each meal is labeled with the nutritional information. 

Q: Do you have vegetarian meal plans?

   A: Yes we do :)  

Q: How do I declare allergies?

   A: At checkout please list allergies in "Special requests" 

Q: If I'm a customer do you offer discounts for recommending friends/family? 

   A: Absolutely! contact us for more details.

Q: Do you offer group discounts? 

    A: Absolutely! contact us for more details.

Q: Do you offer sponsorships?

   A: Yes. Sponsorships are considered on a case by case basis. Email us for more info.

Q: How do I cancel or suspend my meal service?

Q: Do you charge a cancellation fee?

   A: NEVER! 

 

Q: Can I pick my meals?

   A: No. But we're working a solution to offer the ability to choose your meals.

 

Q: When is my time time window to cancel?

   A: When you cancel or suspend your meal service it has to be received 24 hours before your delivery. Otherwise your meals will be delivered.
